Accommodation

We have 6 lovely, spacious rooms of varying sizes. All offer en-suite bathrooms, as well as wifi, smart TV's, air- cons, heaters, fridges, Nespresso machines, hair dryers and safes.

The names for each of our rooms were derived from The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows, which describes itself as a compendium of new words for emotions that we’ve all felt but haven’t found the language to express.

Says author John Koenig, “The dictionary’s mission is to shine light on the fundamental strangeness of being a human being – all the aches, demons, vibes, joys, and urges that are humming in the background of everyday life”.

Each name was chosen specifically because of how perfectly they describe a feeling or emotion we resonate with.
